Our team will discuss any useful troubleshooting and how the item can be assessed. Contact us before posting an item so we can confirm the destination, packing instructions and any return arrangements.
Use protective packaging and include the accessories relevant to the issue. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim. Back up your data where possible before assessment or repair; ask us about device access requirements and any repair notices.
We may assess the product or coordinate specialist assessment with the manufacturer. We will discuss the findings and the applicable remedy with you. If paid work outside consumer-guarantee coverage is proposed, we will explain the costs and seek agreement before proceeding.
For a confirmed consumer-guarantee fault, reasonable return transport costs are reimbursed. Keep receipts. Contact us to arrange collection of bulky or difficult-to-return faulty goods.
If no fault is found or consumer guarantees do not cover the issue, collection or assessment charges may apply only after an appropriate estimate is given in advance.

PCLINE does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because you change your mind, find a lower price elsewhere or no longer need a correctly supplied product.
