Order processing and transport are separate stages.
Confirm the order and delivery details
Check your items, address, postcode and contact information. Delivery is free when your merchandise total after discounts is $80 or more including GST. Below $80, delivery costs $19.90 including GST per order.
We process and prepare your items
In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Stock availability can affect preparation time. If we cannot dispatch your order, our team will contact you.
Follow your dispatch information
Check any dispatch updates and tracking details provided for your order. Estimated transport time is typically 1–7 business days, depending on your location; some deliveries may take longer.
Receive and check your delivery
A signature may be required. Follow the carrier’s instructions if you miss a delivery, and check your items when they arrive. Contact us promptly about missing, incorrect or damaged goods.

Your order confirmation and your ready-to-collect notification are different messages.

Choose free store pickup at checkout. Your order confirmation acknowledges the order; it does not mean the items are ready to collect.
Wait for the ready-to-collect notification
We will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling to the store. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, call or email to check the status.
Bring your collection details
Have your ready-to-collect email and order reference available. Bring photo identification for verification when collecting a prepaid order. Contact us beforehand if someone else will collect for you.

Collect from PCLINE at 420 Huntingdale Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149. Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm; Saturday and Sunday are closed.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Australia is free when your merchandise total after discounts is $80 or more including GST, excluding delivery charges. Orders under $80 cost $19.90 including GST per order. Store pickup is always free.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and the correct details. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Redirection, redelivery or additional freight charges may apply.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Follow the carrier’s collection or redelivery instructions. Your parcel may be taken to a local depot or post office. Additional delivery attempts may incur a charge.
What if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect?
Contact sales@pcline.com.au promptly with your order reference, details of the issue and any useful photos. Keep the packaging while we help assess the issue. See our Warranty & returns page for further information.
Can I collect straight after ordering?
Please wait until our team confirms your order is ready. An order confirmation alone is not a collection notification.
Can I visit around a public holiday?
Call ahead to confirm opening hours before travelling, especially around public holidays.
