What is included
- Check compatibility of the proposed memory with the computer.
- Fit accessible RAM modules and run a basic memory recognition and function check.
Scope & exclusions
RAM is not included. Contact us with your model and planned memory before purchase. Soldered memory, board-level work and complex dismantling are excluded. Bring compatible RAM or purchase it separately.
Booking & payment
- Choose this service and pay online with PayPal. Service-only orders have no shipping charge.
- Contact PCLINE on 03 9888 1892 or info@pcline.com.au with your order number, computer model and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords.
- We confirm suitability and a mutually agreed appointment during business hours. Online payment does not reserve an immediate appointment or promise same-day completion.
- Bring the device and charger to 420 Huntingdale Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149 for in-store services, or follow the agreed instructions for a remote session.
Back up important data before service. Any extra labour, parts or licences need your approval before they are charged. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will arrange a refund for the unprovided service. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
