What is included
- One hour of technician labour for an agreed PC or laptop repair task.
- Check the affected function after the agreed work and explain the result.
Scope & exclusions
Contact us with the fault and model before purchasing if the repair has not been assessed. Parts, board-level repairs, screen repairs, data recovery and additional labour are excluded. We obtain approval before extra work; a time block does not guarantee every fault can be resolved.
Booking & payment
- Choose this service and pay online with PayPal. Service-only orders have no shipping charge.
- Contact PCLINE on 03 9888 1892 or info@pcline.com.au with your order number, computer model and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords.
- We confirm suitability and a mutually agreed appointment during business hours. Online payment does not reserve an immediate appointment or promise same-day completion.
- Bring the device and charger to 420 Huntingdale Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149 for in-store services, or follow the agreed instructions for a remote session.
Back up important data before service. Any extra labour, parts or licences need your approval before they are charged. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will arrange a refund for the unprovided service. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
