A practical next step.

Your consumer rights come first.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply alongside any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded by this policy. For a major product failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. Minor faults must be fixed free within a reasonable time; further remedies apply if they are not. Manufacturer warranty expiry does not automatically end these rights.

How the process works.

Start with the information below so we can understand your enquiry.

  1. Contact us with the details

Email sales@pcline.com.au or call 03 9888 1892. Include your proof of purchase, the product model and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help explain an intermittent or visible issue.

  2. Discuss assessment and return arrangements

Our team will discuss any useful troubleshooting and how the item can be assessed. Contact us before posting an item so we can confirm the destination, packing instructions and any return arrangements.

  3. Prepare your item safely

Use protective packaging and include the accessories relevant to the issue. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim. Back up your data where possible before assessment or repair; ask us about device access requirements and any repair notices.

  4. Assessment and an appropriate outcome

We may assess the product or coordinate specialist assessment with the manufacturer. We will discuss the findings and the applicable remedy with you. If paid work outside consumer-guarantee coverage is proposed, we will explain the costs and seek agreement before proceeding.

Return transport

For a confirmed consumer-guarantee fault, reasonable return transport costs are reimbursed. Keep receipts. Contact us to arrange collection of bulky or difficult-to-return faulty goods.

Assessment costs

If no fault is found or consumer guarantees do not cover the issue, collection or assessment charges may apply only after an appropriate estimate is given in advance.

Keeping you informed

Assessment time depends on the product and the issue. Ask our team for an update using your order or enquiry reference.

Change of mind

Check your choice.
We can help.

PCLINE does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because you change your mind, find a lower price elsewhere or no longer need a correctly supplied product.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Contact us directly if your purchase has a problem.

Ask our team
Common questions

A few useful answers.

Do I have to contact the manufacturer first?

No. Contact PCLINE about a product purchased from us. We can coordinate any manufacturer assessment needed.

What proof of purchase can I use?

A receipt, invoice, order confirmation or other evidence showing the purchase may be used. Contact us if you need help identifying your order.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

No. This does not limit remedies available under Australian Consumer Law for a problem with your purchase.

How long will assessment take?

Timing depends on the product, issue and any specialist assessment required. Contact our team for an update; no fixed turnaround time is promised on this page.

Should I bring every accessory?

Ask our team which accessories are needed for the particular issue. Keep the item and relevant accessories together and pack them securely.

Where can I bring the item?

Speak with us about the assessment first. Our store is at 420 Huntingdale Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149, open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
